Renew TAIR Membership

Membership for TAIR 2025–2026 (April 1, 2025–March 31, 2026) is currently closed.

TAIR 2026–2027 membership will reopen when conference registration launches in late November 2025.

During this time, applicants to the TAIR Listserv will be considered graced members until their TAIR 2026–2027 membership registration has been completed.

 

TAIR Membership & Renewal Information

Annual Membership Overview

Membership in the Texas Association for Institutional Research (TAIR) runs from April 1 through March 31 each year.

  • Conference Attendees: A one-year TAIR membership($50) is included with conference registration.
  • Non-Attendees: Annual membership dues are $50.
  • You can renew or purchase membership via the conference registration website or through the non-conference membership renewal portal at other times.

 

How to Join or Renew

During Conference Registration (typically late fall through early spring)

  • Membership for the next year is automatically included in your conference fee.

Not Attending the Conference

  • You can still renew or purchase a membership at any time.
  • Payment options: Credit card, check, or purchase order.

Membership FAQs

When does my membership start and end?
TAIR membership runs April 1 – March 31, aligning with the TAIR fiscal year.

Do I have to attend the conference to be a member?
No! While membership is included in conference registration, you can also join TAIR separately for $50/year.

What if the registration site is down or I have questions?
We’ll post announcements here regarding site maintenance, registration periods, and membership renewal updates. You can also contact admin@texas-air.org with any questions.

Can membership be pro-rated if I am buying it later in the year?
Unfortunately, we do not pro-rate membership fees. The membership fee is $50, regardless of how many months are left in the TAIR membership year.
