These elected positions are directly involved in decision-making for upcoming conferences and help ensure the smooth operation of the association. Each position requires commitment but offers rewarding professional development and opportunities to collaborate with IR professionals across Texas.<\/p>\n<p>The Nominating Committee members serve two-year terms and help ensure that TAIR maintains a full and qualified slate of candidates for the following year\u2019s election.<\/p>\n<p>More information about officer responsibilities is available in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.texas-air.org\/assets\/pdf\/TAIR_Officers_Guide_2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TAIR Officer\u2019s Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Members are encouraged to nominate themselves if interested in serving.
