This registration rate is only valid for emeritus members, as determined by the Executive Committee and the TAIR Constitution\/Bylaws, and is considered a registration equivalent to registration for professional members.<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for emeritus membership, a person must (a) be retired and (b) have been an active member of the Association for a minimum of five years.
