Q: What is TAIR?
A: the Texas Association for Institutional Research (TAIR) is the professional organization supporting institutional research, planning, evaluation, and policy analysis in Texas institutions of higher education. TAIR provides professional development opportunities through its annual conference, pre- and post-conference workshops, and other professional development activities held at various times of the year. TAIR also provides opportunities for information exchange through its newsletter, an electronic mail list serve, and a home page on the internet. TAIR is an affiliated group of the Association for Institutional Research (AIR) and the Southern Association for Institutional Research (SAIR).

Q: How do I access the members only section?
A: In order to access the Members Only section, you must have a password. To receive your password, simply click on the Members Only bar at the top of the page.
For your User ID, enter your e-mail address, then click below the "Sign in" button on "Forgotten your User ID or Password?" Your password will be sent to your e-mail address. Once your password has been assigned, you may only need the first part of your e-mail address (ex: john.doe) as your User ID, instead of the entire address.
