1. If you have forgotten your username or password or do not have one, please click the link which says “Forgotten your User ID or Password?”.
2. Enter your email address here, if you do not remember which email address you used to sign up for TAIR with or no longer have access to the original email address, please send an email to brian.cordeau@utsa.edu.
3. You will receive an email with your new username and password to log into the system with. This will be a temporary username and password which can be changed after logging into the system
4. Go back to the main login page at http://www.texas-air.org/new and log in with the username and password from the email.
5. This message will appear indicating that this was the first log in. Create a new user id and password combination and click submit to login. Your password has not been updated at this point, please see step 6.
6. Type your new password into the password box on the membership page and click the Save button to update your password. Next time you log in use your new password and username.
